Even though I was only in your shop for 69 seconds by your account, you should be mindful that a bad impression can be made in less than seven.Russian President Vladimir Putin watches the launch of a missile during naval exercises in Russia’s Arctic North on board the nuclear missile cruiser Pyotr Veliky (Peter the Great) Aug. My friend and I felt awkward and uncomfortable, so I wrote my review to share this experience with YOU more than anyone else. You could have said literally anything that you just wrote. What I did not understand, however, is why in my "one minute nine second experience in your shop" you couldn't simply communicate the dismissal of us as walk-ins like you did in your response to my review. I understand that you have appointments to consider. I understand that set up and tear down takes time. Yes I was disappointed that we weren't able to be worked in, but that's not the reason I left the review that I did. I hope that no one else has this kind of experience because I think Atomic Heart is better than what we encountered today. It’s unfortunate that my friend and I couldn’t get the tattoos we wanted at a shop we were genuinely excited to visit. I can’t say the tattooing was bad or anything, but the customer service aspect is still just as important in my opinion. She looked at it for a second and then quickly said, “Yeah I can’t do that today.” Didn’t try to offer any alternatives. She asked what we wanted done, so we showed her our picture. We walked up to an older lady behind the counter, she didn’t greet us right away, but we told her we didn’t have an appointment. We went to Atomic Heart on a Saturday at around 4:30pm and it was empty other than one guy getting tattooed. My friend and I were looking to get small matching tattoos on our inner arm while she was in town for the day.
